Alexander McQueen and Isabella Blow will inspire a new short film
WePresent, WeTransfer’s arts platform, will produce “Wild Bird,” a new short film inspired by the legendary relationship between Alexander McQueen and Isabella Blow. Directed by Andrew Haigh — the filmmaker behind All of Us Strangers — the project will star Russell Tovey as McQueen and Olivia Colman as Blow.
Rather than a traditional biopic, the film takes the form of an imagined emotional road trip, exploring creativity, obsession, and vulnerability through one of fashion’s most iconic creative relationships.
