Burberry brings its icon to the museum
Burberry presents The Burberry Trench: Crafting an Icon, an exhibition developed in partnership with London's Victoria and Albert Museum that explores the history and evolution of its iconic trench coat. Opening from September 21, 2026, to January 3, 2027, during London Fashion Week, the exhibition brings together archival pieces alongside contemporary reinterpretations of the garment.
The project is part of a broader partnership between Burberry and the V&A that will culminate in the opening of TheBurberry Gallery in 2028, reflecting how leading luxury maisons continue to strengthen their ties with cultural institutions while celebrating the value of their heritage.
